1) Your free sales appraisal:
You can book a free sales appraisal with team, in person or virtually, at a time and date that suits you. All our appraisal appointments are obligation free.
 
2) Your free property price report and comparative market analysis:
After we have conducted visiting your home or virtually viewing your home, you’ll get a full property price report along with a comparative market analysis report. This will include your properties approximate value, as well as all details discussed as part of your appraisal.
 
3) Appointing us to sell your property:
If you are happy with our sales appraisal and proposal, you can then instruct us to get your home on the market. During this stage we will run through the advertising options, complete all the necessary paperwork and prepare the marketing campaign for your property.

 

4) Advertising your property:
Upon instruction, we will create your online campaign. We will start by organising a professional Photographer to show you property at its best. We will then add floor plans and a well-crafted written description. Your property will be listed on the major real-estate websites with local, national, and international exposure and a "For Sale" signboard will also be installed at your property to inform the local market you are selling.

 

5) Buyer feedback and home opens:
Home opens will be booked in to allow grouped scheduled viewings. We will also book your prospective buyers, at specific times so that you can control the times. Our selling agent will be present for all private appointments and home opens. After each private appointment and home open, your selling agent will contact you direct to let you know how the viewings went with detailed buyer feedback. We conduct home opens as often as necessary until the property is sold.

 

6) Negotiating and accepting an offer:
Your selling agent will be dealing with you direct during contract negotiations in a non-pushy manner when we receive an offer on your property. Once you’ve accepted the offer, our post-sales support team will guide you through the conveyancing process and be on hand to assist with any questions or queries.
